Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, delivering sales presentations, and providing training to customers or internal teams when required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Proven expertise in sales, sales management, and achieving revenue goals
- Experience in conducting training sessions and presentations for teams or customers
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted marketing strategies
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the industrial products sector and technical knowledge of machinery and pumps would be advantageous
