Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Surat. The specialist will be responsible for building relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying market trends, and optimizing sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include communicating with customers, conducting market research, preparing marketing materials, and implementing campaigns to drive product demand. Coordination across teams and influencing growth-oriented business strategies are key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales Skills: Strong background in sales strategies, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in developing and managing marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and branding.
- Market Analysis: Ability to conduct market research, identify trends, and align strategies with business goals.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
