Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vijayawada for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, creating and implementing sales plans, and conducting training sessions for clients or internal teams to enhance product understanding and market strategies. The role also involves managing sales performance metrics and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to develop strategies, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills, both internally and for clients.
  • Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in maintaining records and reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
