About the Role

Sales and Marketing Specialist-B2B SaaS

We are looking for a driven, target-oriented Sales & Marketing professional who can combine B2B SaaS sales expertise with performance marketing skills to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

B2B SaaS Sales (Fintech)

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors within fintech.Lead Generation is one of the major KRA.
  • Research and map potential accounts to understand decision-making hierarchies and buying processes.
  • Generate 50+ outbound cold calls daily, identifying high-potential prospects and nurturing relationships from initial contact to scheduled meetings.
  • Proactively source and qualify prospects using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems to build and maintain a robust sales funnel.
  • Create customized sales pitches and demos tailored to client pain points and objectives.
  • Drive consultative selling positioning our platform as a solution to client challenges rather than just a product.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and manage contract closures
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CRM and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Represent the company at fintech events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and brand visibility

Customer Engagement & Support

Handle customer queries and provide timely, effective resolutions

Act as the first point of contact for prospects and clients

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and customer satisfaction

Support onboarding experience by addressing client concerns proactively

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in fintech.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing analytics software.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
