Green Worms is a social innovation and circular economy startup based in Kerala. We work with local governments, businesses, and communities to enable responsible waste management while creating dignified livelihoods for women waste-preneurs. Our work supports compliance, ESG goals, and sustainable business practices.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our B2B growth in the Kochi region. This role involves coordinating sales efforts, supporting marketing initiatives, managing leads, and helping position Green Worms as a trusted compliance and ESG partner for businesses.

This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, field interaction, and structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Support the B2B sales team with lead tracking, follow-ups, and client coordination
  • Assist in onboarding new B2B clients (hotels, hospitals, offices, institutions, etc.)
  • Maintain client records, proposals, and basic reporting
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and site visits

Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing B2B marketing initiatives (brochures, presentations, case studies)
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, testimonials, and content
  • Support association meetings, awareness sessions, and events
  • Help collect client feedback and testimonials during renewals

Communication & Branding

  • Support LinkedIn and digital outreach activities (content coordination, lead follow-up)
  • Ensure consistent messaging around compliance, ESG, and value proposition
  • Coordinate internal communication between sales, operations, and marketing teams

Who We're Looking For
  • Any Graduate
  • 0–2 years experience in sales coordination, marketing, or B2B support roles
  • Good communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
  • Comfortable with field coordination and client interaction
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Interest in sustainability, ESG, or social impact is a strong plus
