Sales Consultant - Australian Migration

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Consultant specializing in Australian migration, based in Kochi. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing advisory services to clients, guiding them through migration requirements, and identifying tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, responding to inquiries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with legal and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Proven experience in Sales Consulting, with a focus on client engagement and revenue generation
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build trust and maintain good client relationships
• Highly effective Communication and Consulting skills to convey complex information clearly and assist clients throughout the migration process
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, teamwork skills, and proactive problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with Australian migration procedures is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
