Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring expertise in sales and marketing to drive business growth and foster customer relationships. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, providing customer service, managing sales accounts, conducting market research, and actively contributing to client training initiatives. The individual will work closely with clients to identify and meet their requirements, ensuring tailored solutions in line with our mission of providing sustainable water and wastewater treatment systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and oversee client accounts
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to strengthen client relationships and address customer needs
- Experience in Training and educating clients or team members on solutions and services
- Strong understanding of water treatment or environmental sustainability is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate within a team-driven environment
- Proactive and analytical mindset, with a solution-oriented approach
