Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and engage prospective members, conduct outreach through calls, messages, and social media, and present Achievers Club's training and business model in a clear and compelling way. The role includes nurturing leads, answering inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service to ensure a positive experience for prospects and participants. The specialist will support sales management activities such as tracking leads, updating CRM or sales reports, and coordinating with the training team to align marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks may also involve assisting in group trainings or online sessions, supporting promotional campaigns, gathering feedback, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and marketing materials.
