Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and engage prospective members, conduct outreach through calls, messages, and social media, and present Achievers Club's training and business model in a clear and compelling way. The role includes nurturing leads, answering inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service to ensure a positive experience for prospects and participants. The specialist will support sales management activities such as tracking leads, updating CRM or sales reports, and coordinating with the training team to align marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks may also involve assisting in group trainings or online sessions, supporting promotional campaigns, gathering feedback, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and build trust with diverse audiences.
  • Customer service and client support experience, including handling inquiries, resolving basic issues, and maintaining a professional, helpful approach.
  • Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and converting interested leads into active participants or customers.
  • Experience or interest in training and sales management, such as supporting group sessions, tracking performance, and coordinating basic sales activities.
  • Comfort using digital tools (e.g., messaging platforms, video conferencing, basic office or CRM tools) to manage outreach and follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup based in Gurugram.
  • Previous experience in education, training, EdTech, or digital entrepreneurship is an advantage but not required.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a degree or ongoing studies in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
