Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Rajkot. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, and managing sales processes. Additionally, the role involves organizing and delivering training to the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
Qualifications
- Metal casting knowledge must.
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Knowledge and ability to provide Training to enhance team performance
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong client relationships
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
