This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting training sessions. Daily tasks also include managing and executing marketing campaigns and ensuring the achievement of sales targets through collaboration and dedicated efforts.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and understand their business needs effectively.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to strategize, execute, and achieve sales targets while managing sales pipelines.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and align with company objectives.
• Proficiency with marketing and sales tools to enhance productivity and analyze results.
• Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the technology or digital marketing industry is an advantage.
