About the Role

Global India Business Forum (GIBF) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to support business growth through strategic marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys networking, meeting sales targets, and building long-term business partnerships. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding GIBF memberships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth

Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking opportunities

Generate and manage qualified leads through multiple channels and ensure timely follow-ups

Promote and sell corporate memberships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Achieve assigned revenue targets and business development goals

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems

Support promotional campaigns, business events, and outstation marketing activities

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables and partnerships

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets
  • Building a strong pipeline of qualified leads and successful conversions
  • Developing long-term client relationships and generating repeat business
  • Contributing actively to GIBF's brand visibility and business expansion
  • Strengthening GIBF's market presence through memberships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or service selling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel for outstation assignments and events when required
