Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in YENDADA. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and present Genie Media & Studio's services to prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing marketing activities, conducting sales presentations, managing follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and supporting promotional campaigns both online and offline. The specialist will also contribute to sales reporting, participate in training sessions, and help refine sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and support achievement of sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to guide clients or team members on service offerings and marketing initiatives.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of marketing principles, including social media and digital promotion, and be comfortable using common office and CRM tools.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles, preferably in media, advertising, or related industries, is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Pendurthi and manage a flexible schedule when needed.
