We are looking for a hungry, smart, and execution-focused Sales & Marketing professional who can help us grow aggressively by generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue.
Role OverviewThis is a high-impact growth role for someone who wants to work closely with the founder and play a direct role in scaling the company.
You will be responsible for both sales execution and marketing support, including:
- Lead generation
- Outreach
- Client meetings
- Follow-ups
- Proposal coordination
- Social media / brand visibility
- Partnership and business development support

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, warm leads, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and referrals
- Reach out to potential clients across enterprise, telecom, government, IT, and corporate sectors
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings / demos
- Support and participate in sales calls, product demos, and follow-up discussions
- Maintain and manage lead pipeline and CRM updates
- Prepare and send proposals, presentations, and follow-up messages
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Help drive deals from first contact to closure
Marketing Responsibilities- Assist in executing digital marketing and brand-building activities
- Help create and manage LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, case studies, and company presentations
- Support lead generation campaigns through Apollo, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other outbound channels
- Coordinate with design / content teams for brochures, decks, and campaign assets
- Research competitors, market trends, and target industries
- Help position Galactis effectively in the market through messaging and outreach
Business Development Support- Identify partnership opportunities with resellers, consultants, and strategic partners
- Support founder-led growth initiatives and strategic outreach
- Contribute ideas to improve sales process, branding, and go-to-market execution
Who We're Looking ForWe want someone who is:
- Strong in communication and persuasion
- Confident speaking to business owners, managers, and senior stakeholders
- Highly proactive and comfortable with outbound sales
- Good at building trust and maintaining follow-ups
- Interested in technology, SaaS, AI, telecom, or enterprise software
- Fast-moving, resourceful, and able to work in a startup environment
Preferred Qualifications- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or lead generation
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales hunger can also apply
- Experience in B2B sales / SaaS / IT / software / tech sales is a strong plus
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Excel, CRM tools, Apollo, Canva, PowerPoint, email marketing tools
- Strong English communication (spoken and written)
- Tamil / Hindi speaking ability is a plus
