Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide expertise in MS Excel to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
- Utilize TLM
- Cash Reconciliations to manage and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Implement and maintain S/4 HANA SAP Banking processes to streamline financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track financial performance.
- Conduct thorough analysis of fixed assets accounting and cost accounting to optimize resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff to enhance team performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic financial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Exhibit expertise in TLM
- Cash Reconciliations for accurate transaction management.
- Possess experience in S/4 HANA SAP Banking to enhance financial processes.
- Have a strong understanding of fixed assets accounting and cost accounting principles.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts.
Certifications Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification in accounting.
