Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the company specializes in producing a wide range of LT panels including Power Control Centre (PCC), Motor Control Centre (MCC), Automatic Power Factor Control (APFC) panels, and customized solutions for power distribution systems. G SONS POWER also manufactures panels for PLC/SCADA-controlled systems tailored for industries like Effluent Treatment Plants and Water Treatment Plants. The organization is dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative solutions in the field of electrical panels and power management systems.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing and managing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, creating and delivering training sessions, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The candidate will also identify trends and provide feedback to enhance sales growth.

• Strong Communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management concepts, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Customer Service expertise and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in conducting Training sessions for team members to improve overall performance
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and develop effective strategies
• Relevant experience in electrical or manufacturing industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
