Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves driving sales by building and maintaining relationships with customers, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include providing training on sales techniques, managing sales operations, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve business objectives
• Ability to provide Training to team members and foster growth within the sales team
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the marble or construction material industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is advantageous
