We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. The role involves the promotion and sales of EON Meditech's ENT surgical products, identifying and engaging with potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and conducting product presentations and training sessions. Responsibilities also include market research, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring brand visibility to drive revenue growth.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving goals and delivering strategic growth
• Capability in Training and educating clients or stakeholders about advanced ENT products and their usage
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage sales operations effectively
• Knowledge in the medical device, surgical instruments, or the healthcare industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
