Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Catering Sales Specialist based in Indore. The role involves driving catering sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, coordinating with the operations and culinary teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The specialist will also work to identify new sales opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Catering Sales and Sales strategies to generate and close new business opportunities.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage services with the ability to create and present customized catering solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage client expectations and deliver quality service.
