Role Description

This Senior Sales Executive (Solar ROofto) role is a full-time position based in Indore, with a on-site responsibility. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating tailored proposals, and achieving sales targets for rooftop solar solutions. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, negotiate contracts, and gain insights into industry trends to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales strategies, negotiation, and client relationship management
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy, particularly solar solutions; technical understanding of rooftop solar systems is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Problem-solving ability and result-driven mindset to meet or exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Prior experience in the solar energy industry or similar roles is preferred
• Willingness to travel and engage with potential clients within the region
