Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will engage with customers, explain product features and benefits, and recommend suitable car accessories to meet their needs. The role includes managing in-person and digital inquiries, coordinating with installation teams, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. Daily responsibilities involve executing local marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, tracking sales performance, and providing feedback to improve products and services. The specialist will also assist in training team members on sales techniques and customer interaction standards while maintaining accurate records in line with company processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Customer Service and Training abilities to support customer satisfaction and help develop team capabilities.
• Sales and Sales Management experience to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and meet growth targets.
• Basic marketing knowledge, including local promotion, social media awareness, and campaign support.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with operations and installation teams.
• Ability to use mobile and web-based tools for order tracking, customer follow-ups, and reporting.
• Previous experience in automotive accessories, retail, or hyper-local services is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
