Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Professional, based in Ahmedabad. The role entails identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Professional will present and demonstrate KiarX's offerings, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Tracking and reporting sales metrics, staying updated on industry trends, and delivering tailored solutions to clients are key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Demonstrated experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy execution.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to create impactful presentations, and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Proficiency in contract negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and explain technological products, as well as interpret data and trends for informed decision-making.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Additional Qualifications: Experience in the mining or technology sector is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
