We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales And Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and business development through marketing, direct sales and client meetings. Location: Mumbai

Experience: 13 years in sales and marketing preferred

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
• Generate leads and acquire new customers through calls, emails, client meetings, etc.
• Support marketing campaigns to drive growth initiatives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and report competitor activities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent time management capabilities
• Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and strategize effectively
• Ability to travel for client meetings
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
