This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Pune Division, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The key responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, delivering training sessions on sales practices, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction.

• Ability to deliver Training sessions focused on sales and client engagement
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or HubSpot
• Analytical skills to evaluate and enhance marketing campaigns and strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus
