We're Hiring: HR Intern | Chandani Chowk, bavdhan ,Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and other channels
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring partners (broking firms) to align on requirements and placements
- Maintain and update candidate data using CRM tools and track hiring progress
- Engage with candidates regularly for follow-ups and pipeline management
- Support admission counseling by guiding candidates on training programs and career opportunities
- Handle documentation, onboarding processes, and candidate communication
- Execute daily outreach activities via WhatsApp, calls, and emails to build a strong talent pool
Duration:
6 months / 1 year (based on candidate availability)
