Role: Sales Associate (SA)

CTC: 4.5 LPA (Fixed) + 0.5 LPA (Variable, paid quarterly)

We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, sincerity, and a genuine desire to help clients win. In this role, you will partner with hotels across the U.S., understanding their needs and helping them grow their business through thoughtful outreach, strong follow-ups, and consistent value creation.

What You'll Do

  1. Support multi-branded hotels by developing and executing sales action plans that help them achieve — and exceed — their revenue goals.
  2. Build meaningful relationships with new and existing accounts, always looking for ways to serve them better.
  3. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and use CRM tools to keep conversations moving smoothly and efficiently.
  4. Identify opportunities to improve profitability for hotel owners while adding value in every interaction.
  5. Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with your designated hotels, ensuring they feel guided, supported, and confident.
  6. Collaborate closely with the sales team and contribute ideas that make our processes stronger and more effective.
  7. Offer thoughtful input on sales strategies that help the team grow and succeed together.

What You Bring

  1. Availability to work from our Pune office (Monday to Friday), 7 PM to 5 AM.
  2. A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time effectively and work with initiative.
  3. Strong communication skills — especially the ability to build rapport over the phone and convey ideas clearly.
  4. Excellent written communication for correspondence, proposals, and reports.
  5. A bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the hotel industry.
  6. Comfort with technology and CRM tools to support a smooth sales cycle.
  7. A collaborative spirit — ready to learn from others and share what you know.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing sales records.
