Mission

Own the full funnel: market research leadgen (via agencies) CRM hygiene parent nurturing & counselling enrolments reporting.

Core Responsibilities

  • Parent-facing sales
  • Discovery counselling objection handling centre visits enrolments
  • Daily follow-ups across Call/WhatsApp/SMS; maintain scripts
  • Marketing & agency management
  • Write briefs, approve creatives/offers, track UTMs, push weekly targets
  • Optimize budgets with agencies; ensure CAC guardrails
  • CRM/Telephony ops
  • Zoho CRM: pipeline hygiene, UTM mapping, speed-to-lead <10 min
  • MyOperator: call flow usage, recovery of missed/invalid calls
  • Market research
  • Competitor pricing, offers, parent insights; build monthly voice of parent doc
  • Program enablement
  • Align with mentors on events/tests; create remarketing hooks
  • Reporting
  • Weekly dashboard: Leads SQL Counselling Show-ups Enrolments, CAC, ROAS

Must-haves

  • 13 yrs in inside sales/performance marketing/agency handling
  • Strong phone etiquette; Hindi/English (Marathi bonus)
  • Hands-on with Zoho CRM, MyOperator, Google Sheets; Trello or similar
  • Comfort with numbers: CAC, SQL rate, show-ups, conversion, ROAS

Nice-to-haves

  • Meta/Google basic literacy, call-recording reviews, copywriting instincts
