Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting Fibertech Engineering Services products. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, delivering sales presentations, and conducting market research. The role also involves training new sales personnel and managing the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and developing sales personnel
- Ability to conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the fiberglass industry is a plus
