Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing top-notch customer service, and conducting training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, managing sales performance, coordinating marketing initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities in line with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in designing and delivering Training programs for team development and product knowledge
- Proficiency in marketing strategies and an understanding of market trends is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
