As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and fostering relationships with clients and partners. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building partnerships with fitness centers, managing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting EasySportsPass unique value propositions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and partners.
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, close sales, and achieve targets.
• Experience in Training team members to enhance the sales and marketing team's performance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in the fitness, wellness, or subscription-based services industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
