Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Lead Generator responsible solely for identifying, sourcing, and qualifying potential leads for the elevator (own brand) and Tata generator product lines. This position is strictly focused on field-based lead generation, while the closure, negotiation, and deal finalisation processes will be handled by a separate internal Closure Team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of field sales activities, and the ability to identify potential business opportunities within assigned areas.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 12,000 20,000
  • Probation: 6 months
  • Travel Expense: 2 per kilometer.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year experience in field sales, marketing, or lead generation roles
  • Experience in lift, construction, generator, or related industries will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation (Primary & Only Focus)

  • Conduct field visits in assigned locations (Bhubaneswar) to identify potential customers.
  • Generate quality leads for:
  • Elevators (own brand)
  • Tata Generators (as an authorised distributor)
  • Approach builders, contractors, architects, residential societies, commercial establishments, and industrial clients to identify upcoming requirements.
  • Collect and document lead details clearly and accurately.
  • Share qualified leads with the internal Closure Team for further follow-up and conversion.

Market Research

  • Monitor ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
  • Identify potential opportunities for elevator and generator requirements.
  • Track competitor activities and share insights when required.

Reporting

  • Maintain proper records of daily visits, leads generated, market interactions, and competitor observations.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting authority as instructed.
