Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bhubaneswar. The selected candidate will conduct market research, identify and pursue sales opportunities, develop and execute marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with clients to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include managing customer accounts, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, providing product training and demonstrations, and reporting on sales and marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building positive client relationships and providing exceptional support
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with an ability to achieve targets and effectively close deals
- Capability to lead training sessions and demonstrations for clients and team members
- Results-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Industrial Automation, Electrical Panels, and Process Instrumentation is a strong advantage
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and the ability to adapt to learning new technologies
