Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Surat. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities, identifying and nurturing customer opportunities, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Daily tasks will include interacting with customers to understand their needs, managing sales processes, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions for customers or internal teams. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and company growth goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and building rapport with clients
• Experience in Sales, with expertise in developing customer relationships and closing deals
• Proficiency in Sales Management and Training to oversee processes and mentor team members
• Ability to work on-site in Surat and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or technology sector is an advantage
