Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role located in Rohini. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, sales, training, and sales management. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities, working closely with gym members, and achieving revenue targets.

• Experience in conducting training and motivating teams
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
