Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. In this role, you will engage with customers, manage sales processes, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. The responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying client needs, providing product knowledge and training, and overseeing sales performance. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to meet business goals and drive brand growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Sales, including creating strategies to meet targets and delivering measurable results.
• Ability to develop and implement Sales Management techniques and provide effective training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of or interest in streetwear, fashion trends, and brand storytelling is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
