Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist customers in using products and services effectively.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and technical skills.

Shift : Rotational shifts(Including Night shifts)
