Title - Performance Marketing Executive

Annual CTC - 4.5 to 7.5 LPA

Expected Experience - 2 to 5 years

Location - Remote

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our growth team. Candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Flipkart for retail and B2B objectives
  • Run continuous A/B tests on creatives and audience targeting while tracking full-funnel performance to deliver actionable reports

ROAS Optimization:

  • Drive profitable ROAS across D2C website and marketplaces by optimizing audience, creatives, bidding, and placements
  • Leverage cross-channel analytics and attribution models to uncover high-value user journeys and aggressively scale the most profitable campaigns

Online Sales Growth:

  • Generate revenue for Anarvah's retail nutraceutical products through performance channels
  • Design and execute targeted retargeting and retention campaigns to convert one-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers

B2B Lead Generation:

  • Create lead generation funnels for white-label and export inquiries via Meta/Google lead forms and landing pages
  • Continuously optimize audience targeting and ad copy to attract high-intent decision-makers while reducing the Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL)

Campaign Analytics & Dashboarding:

  • Build and maintain live dashboards for tracking campaign performance across all channels
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and deliver transparent, regular performance reports to key stakeholders

Funnel Optimization:

  • Improve landing page conversion, marketplace PDP traffic quality, and retargeting effectiveness
  • Segment audiences based on intent and map targeted ad sequences to smoothly transition prospects from initial awareness to final conversion

Creative Testing & Experimentation;

  • Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, offers, and audiences
  • Collaborate with design and copy teams to brief and build a continuous pipeline of fresh, data-informed ad assets

Budget & Spend Control:

  • Allocate and optimize budget across channels based on performance
  • Monitor daily spend pacing strictly to prevent budget exhaustion and ensure consistent, efficient ad delivery throughout the month

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or B2B lead generation campaigns.
