Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist is based in Ahmedabad, with opportunities for partial remote work. In this role, you will manage daily sales and marketing activities, including developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and ensuring effective team collaboration. You will also work to achieve sales targets while strengthening relationships with clients and promoting A M Power's innovative products.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and manage sales processes efficiently.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and lead teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the power equipment or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
