Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Ahmedabad. The individual will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, generating leads, and driving sales to meet business objectives. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting products or services to potential clients, collaborating with the marketing team, and providing customer support. The role may also involve training clients on product usage and addressing any inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
• Ability to conduct customer training on products or services
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Prior experience in project-based industries, especially clean room solutions, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Basic proficiency in relevant digital tools and CRM software will be advantageous
