Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager based in Gurugram. The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that marketing campaigns align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development experience, including lead generation and client relationship management
• Marketing skills including campaign development, digital marketing, and promotional strategy execution
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Analytical aptitude for market research and performance tracking
• Understanding of energy management systems or prepaid utility services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
