Role Description

The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The individual will lead marketing and sales initiatives to enhance the hotel's brand presence and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing sales targets. The role also requires the preparation of sales reports, market analysis, and coordinating with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing expertise, including creating strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including SEO, online campaigns, and social media management
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ability to engage with clients effectively
  • Data Analysis skills for market research, sales reporting, and performance measurement
  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on presentation and negotiation
