Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in both sales and marketing functions, providing an excellent opportunity to develop skills in customer engagement, digital marketing, lead generation, and sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and outreach activities
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings to gain exposure to the sales process
  • Help maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends

Marketing Activities

  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms and company blog
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, and email campaigns
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Help track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Contribute to SEO optimization efforts and website content updates

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure aligned messaging and brand consistency
  • Assist in organizing and executing virtual or in-person events, webinars, and product demonstrations
  • Support the development of customer testimonials and success stories
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO principles
  • Previous internship or project experience in sales or marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Understanding of B2B or B2C sales processes
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills
