Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, based in Bengaluru. As part of the role, you will assist in developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with existing and potential customers, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth. You will also contribute to customer service efforts, support client initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing objectives. Along with that, you would be managing client engagement and helping the business generate leads.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and handle inquiries.
• Knowledge in Sales and Sales Management to assist in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
• Ability to support Training initiatives and assist in conveying product or service offerings effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any CRM tools is an advantage.
