Ultimate AI Interviewer is an independently developed, AI-powered mock interview and career-preparation platform. It helps students and professionals practise role-specific interviews, receive detailed feedback, prepare resumes, strengthen communication skills and improve career readiness.

Internship Overview

We are looking for Sales and Marketing Interns to support the early-stage growth of Ultimate AI Interviewer. This is a remote, project-based learning opportunity involving market research, content planning, campus outreach, lead identification and supervised communication with potential users and institutional contacts.

Important: This is an unpaid internship. No stipend or employment offer is promised. Selected interns will receive structured guidance, practical project experience and a certificate upon satisfactory completion of the internship. A performance-based recommendation may also be provided for exceptional work.

Duration and Commitment

• Duration: 4 weeks

• Commitment: Approximately 6–8 hours per week

• Work mode: Remote

• Schedule: Flexible, subject to agreed deadlines and guidance sessions

Key Responsibilities

• Research relevant student, college and career-preparation audiences

• Assist with social-media content ideas and campaign planning

• Identify suitable outreach opportunities and potential leads

• Support supervised communication with interested users and institutions

• Help prepare promotional content, presentations and platform information

• Maintain organised records of outreach activities and responses

• Collect user feedback and suggest practical improvements

• Submit a brief weekly progress update

Eligibility

• Students, recent graduates and early-career candidates may apply

• Interest in sales, marketing, communication, education technology or career development

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn and complete assigned projects responsibly

• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva or spreadsheets is helpful but not mandatory
