About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated
Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to build a career in
EdTech sales, lead generation, and student counseling. You will work closely with the sales team to drive admissions for online degree programs (MBA, MCA, etc.) and support marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social platforms
- Conduct initial counseling calls with prospective students
- Support the team in qualifying leads and follow-ups
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM
- Assist in marketing campaigns (social media, email, promotions)
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Coordinate with senior counselors to close admissions
- Conduct basic market research & competitor analysis
- Track daily activities and report performance
(These responsibilities align with core BDE functions like lead generation, client communication, and sales support)
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Final-year student (Any stream)
- Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, or EdTech industry
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Comfortable with calling and interacting with students
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months (can be extended / PPO based on performance)
- Mode: Remote
- Stipend: Performance Based
- Working Days: 6 Days a week
