Role: Sales & Marketing Intern (Financial Services)
Location: Trinity Towers, AJC Bose Road, Bhowanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal
Duration: 3 - 6 months
Stipend: Rs 5,000 per month + Incentives
Role Brief:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our virtual relationship management efforts and drive account openings and trade activations for our digital investment platform, Dhanush. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in client communication, acquisition, and relationship management within a professional financial services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to newly registered and existing Dhanush clients to drive account engagement.
- Clearly explain the benefits, features, and usage of Dhanush's trading and investment platform.
- Guide clients through their trade execution and provide assistance with platform navigation if needed.
- Build strong rapport with inactive or underutilised accounts to nurture relationships and increase platform usage.
- Identify client needs and proactively cross-sell suitable financial products to drive revenue.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all client interactions, follow-ups, and account activity in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of financial services or an interest in the investment space
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative
