Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, located in Pune. The intern will assist in executing sales strategies, delivering training sessions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales management efforts. Daily responsibilities include interacting with customers, understanding their needs, promoting products or services, and addressing inquiries. The intern will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive business growth and achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
- Lead generation
- Basic knowledge in Sales and Sales Management for overseeing interactions with customers and contributing to sales objectives
- Proficiency in Training to assist in educating customers or team members on products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
