Role Description
- Field Marketing & Outreach:-
- Visit nearby residential societies, schools, play schools, and activity clubs
- Introduce YEA programs to society committees, school authorities, and parents
- Explore collaboration opportunities such as demo sessions, workshops, and events
2. Activations & Promotions
- Plan and execute society activations (demo stalls, trial classes, weekend workshops)
- Coordinate standees, banners, posters, and flyers in societies and public areas
- Support open houses, trial days, and events at the center
3. Partnerships & Lead Generation
- Build relationships with society managers, trustees, and school coordinators
- Generate and follow up on leads from visits
- Collect feedback and insights from parents and communities
4. Marketing Support
- Assist in local marketing campaigns (offline and basic online support)
- Maintain visit reports, contacts, and activity updates
- Support the core team with ground-level execution
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field
(Fresh graduates may be considered)
- Field marketing/outreach
- Education sales, ed-tech, or training institutes (preferred)
- Community engagement or event promotions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with parents, school authorities, and society committees.
- Ability to plan and execute on-ground activities such as demos, workshops, and events
- Basic understanding of lead generation and follow-up processes
- Comfortable with field work, travel, and outdoor promotions
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting visits and leads
- Familiarity with local residential societies, schools, and community networks (added advantage)
- Self-motivated, presentable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
