Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role located in Gurgaon. The intern will assist in supporting sales and marketing efforts by building client relationships, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, contributing to sales strategies, and supporting various sales operations. The role requires active coordination and collaboration with the team to drive organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively correspond with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management principles, including the ability to assist in formulating and executing sales strategies.
• Ability to support Training initiatives within the sales and marketing domain to ensure a knowledgeable and prepared team.
• Proficiency in team collaboration and a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or possessing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
