Role Description

This is a full-time, work from home role located in Gurugram for a Sales and Marketing Intern. As part of the sales and marketing team,

1. You will assist in customer outreach, provide stellar customer service,

2. support the sales process, and help in crafting promotional strategies.

3. You will also gain hands-on experience in training initiatives and collaborate with team members to contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

4. You will be responsible for doing the demos.

5. Managing social media platforms

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build effective relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management to support the sales pipeline and reach company goals
• Experience or interest in Training and onboarding processes to assist in educating clients and team members
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies is a plus
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
