This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Noida. The candidate will assist with daily sales processes, customer relationship management, and support the marketing team in creating and executing campaigns. Responsibilities will include engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, assisting in sales training, and supporting sales management activities. The intern will also contribute to identifying new leads and strategies to drive growth and brand visibility.

• Strong Communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Proven ability in Customer Service and relationship management
• An aptitude for Sales and a keen interest in mastering sales strategies
• Basic knowledge or experience in Training and Sales Management is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing one) is a preference
